Light moussaka

Today i have a very tasty recipe, but so much light . A moussaka a tipical green dish a little bit revisited. At the place of besciamella i have used greek yougurt and the eggplant instead of fring it i cooked it in the oven. You can eat it with a white wine a little be fruttato, 

Ingrediente for 4 people

2 eggplant 
Olio
300 gr of chicken
Salvia
Pepe
1 can tomato
Spices
For the sauce :
20 gr di yogurt greco magro
Cheese
2 eggs

Cut the egg
